EchosOfMe LLC ("we," "our," or "us") built Byte Breaker as a free, ad-supported game with optional in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our app.
We do not collect any personal information. Byte Breaker does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details, and we do not operate any servers that receive data from the app.
Byte Breaker stores gameplay data locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It includes:

Byte Breaker uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and occasional full-screen ads between levels. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve and measure ads, including:

On first launch the app asks whether it may track you for personalized ads (Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt). You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you will also be asked for consent through Google's consent form, and you can review your choices later from Ad Privacy in the app's Settings.
Purchasing Remove Ads turns off the between-level ads. Rewarded ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, your scores, Daily Challenge results, and achievements are sent to Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards. This is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not receive your Game Center account details.
If you allow notifications, Byte Breaker schedules local reminders on your device (for example, when your Daily Challenge streak is about to end). These are created on your device and are not sent through any server.
We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting services of our own.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple (purchases and Game Center), as described above.
Byte Breaker is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. For data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for your rights regarding that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
